[Xbox] Chapter 3 Refuel Engines Not Progressing

Same issue. Tried to reload save (I don't have one before I activated at least one refuel), uninstall the game, reinstall it, with and without the last update... Nothing. I am on PS5 

I had the exact same thing happen and i guess I just don't get to play the game. Went to the centrifuge and now i cannot progress. I tried reloaded, reinstalling, dying, changing settings, nothing works. I feel so cheated

Same issue on Xbox Series X. Can’t progress the game now. Also, the locator failed to direct me to the north side fuel pump controls after I activated the centrifuge.

I have the same issue on PS5!

I wanted to check if anyone is still running into the Fuel key not spawning in Chapter 3?

If so can you confirm if the game is installed on internal or external storage and if you are using an HDD or SSD storage?

1. I'm playing on PS5 using a disc and I'm having the same thing happen! It keeps telling me to activate the console, and when I do, nothing happens. I pulled down the two switches in the room next door, Hammond's dialogue plays, but my objective doesn't update. I attempt the do the centerfuge, and the lift behind Isaac when the room becomes a vacuum doesn't activate either. I am effectively soft locked and I don't know what to do. The fuel key *does* spawn, but picking it up does not advance my objective.

Can we get a response on the issue of us not being able to continue the game due to a glitch please???

I'm on PS5, and personaly, the fuel key did appear. I was able to activate the centrifuge as well. The thing is the north and south lever that are down after using telekinesis, with the dialogue saying "engines ready", but the objective remains on my list, and it's impossible to redo the lever. Basicly like the following video (already posted by museworld).

I’m having the same issue on the ps5. I was able to pull down both levers, though I was never directed to the second side as the “guide line” is still stuck on the first lever you pull down. Had confirmation dialogue that a quarter of the fuel or whatever was being allocated, and that it should be enough to start the centrifuge.  Started the centrifuge and am now stuck with nothing to do as my objective still says “refuel the engines (south).”

This is extremely frustrating as we have all paid a good deal of money for this game and I have absolutely no way to continue on with it.
