[Xbox] Chapter 3 Refuel Engines Not Progressing

Playing chapter 3, on Xbox Series X, during the refueling section, it is impossible for me to continue the game. I have lowered the north and south levers, the confirmation dialog that I have refuele...

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Launch day Friday 27th Jan
Is anything else happening? I dont know because i can not progress due to the Fuel Card Not spawning....
