1080p/60 hz MAJOR contrast/color difference compared to any other resolution/hz

Its funny that i found your post after so many years....I have the exact same problem with My TV,and i was searching for an answer.No nvidia here just a IGPU bu the outcome is the same.At 60hz the colors are washed out and they look great at 30....And its not the color sonly but text too,it seems less detailed.If i use 60i tho instead of 60p the colors are rich as if it was at 30.
