2024, there is no way to download or change the patch number.

None of the mod managers are working i just wanna mod a few things but there is no way to change the patch number or download the updated version please help.

You change the patch number by opening the "package.mft" from under "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch\" (Or wherever you installed the game.) with a text editor and changing the Version from 11 to at least 13.

Don't forget to save after you changed the "package.mft".

I'm not entirely clear what the issue is. Could you go over this in more detail? What exactly are you doing and are you getting any errors?
