Bad Optimization?

Specs:

Intel i7-2600 3.40ghz

Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 OC Edition

G.SKILL Trident X 16GB RAM DDR3 2400

So I'm playing the game right now, graphics options are: Resolution 1920x1080, Meshes set to high, everything else on medium, SSAO on, Multi Sample AA off. Now, I haven't played much of the game because of bad framerate maybe about 10 hours, but as everyone can agree, popping up and down in framerate isn't a fun experience. For the hell of it, I wanted to test the games optimization even though I knew it was already bad, I had already gotten 20-40fps in haven and in most places in hinterlands. SO, I had turned my game resolution down as much as possible to 1024x768 and resolution scale to the lowest which is 25 and with Razer Boost ON, and the game is just a bunch of pixels, literally... EVEN STILL, I'm in a small village in hinterlands and I'm still getting 28-32fps. I've benched the game for now in hopes for this problem to get fixed, because I really want to play this game at it's full experience. And one more thing, I have already talked to customer support and they ran me through every troubleshooting that there was from them, they had told me it MUST be an optimization issue.

  • Same issue. This game is very poorly optimizated. I have another PC that's a top of the line and I get horrible framerates to the point that it's unplayable. Some people can't get play the game because of the black screen issue. The thread for that is 100+ deep.

I'm hoping that there will be some sort of fix for this, I wouldn't care how long it takes, as long as it fixes the problem. Then I'll be able to play the game with the enjoyment of the money I put into it.
