7. Abide by moderator and BioWare/Electronic Arts employee instructions
If you disagree with a moderator or employee's actions, do not discuss or challenge the matter in forum posts. Send an e-mail to contact@bioware.com, and be sure to include your forum handle and game name, but NOT your password, and clearly state your concerns.

Sundance31us, Unfortunately I'm unable to view the site rules URL that you've posted up because my account is completely locked.
I receive the following error when I try to navigate anywhere (but the legal section) on the forum:
Sorry, you don't have permission for that!

It would have been nice if we had access to this page while our accounts are banned so that we can submit an email ticket to fight the charges instead of waiting until after the ban has been lifted. It would be also nice if the moderator that does the banning give us these instructions if we felt that the ban or strike was unjustified.
Anyhow I've I've already sent an email to accountdisputes@ea.com a few hours ago and now I've sent another to [edit: email address removed].
