Camera Angle Stuck

My camera angle when ever I play will not move, so when im roaming about, the camera does not move regardless of which direction I am going! i have already put 20 hours into this game I got 3 days ago and really do not want to restart!

    In multiplayer it happened upon equipping the enhanced payback strike ring. I've tried on two warrior characters and it causes the same effect (won't equip it on the other two).
