Cannot register Dragon age 2 on bioware social

I also have the same problem. I copy and paste the serial of the game from Origin but it does not accept the serial.

my origin recognizes that its dragon age 2 but it cant activate it

  I contacted support through live chat and they registered my game on bioware social.
