Can't download DLC or patch 1.05 !?

Hi guys,

As I'm having the DLC "unauthorized" problem as everyone else I tried searching how to fix it. One of many answers recommended by EA itself is to download patch 1.05 ( h t t p://social.bioware.com/page/da-patches ), right?  But when i clicked on the download button, this is what I got :

No data received

Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Here are some suggestions:
Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.
 
 
So......any idea?
 
 
PS.  i had already logged on to the bioware's website and my internet signal is excellent (i just tried to dl it 5 mins ago). Also i tried to dl it with both google chrome and IE but still no hope : /

    Hi (again) augustky, 

    Are you using Chrome? If yes, just try again with another browser.

    That should work.

    [EDIT:  This used to be the solution, but since the BioWare sites are being taken down/no longer functionto provide the patch, it doesn't work any more.  See newer post on the next page.  --TNL]

    Thanks for swift replying. I'm downloading it now with IE (but yesterday i tried with both chrome and  IE and it didn't work at all...may be some error just happened, i dont know). Anyway thanks again! : )

    I am having this same problem. I just bought a hard copy of the Ultimate edition from amazon.com factory sealed. 

    I have trieed downloading the patch using 4 DIFFERENT BROWSERS and it still won't load te page or download the friggin patch. Help please!

    I am having difficulty downloading the patch from the old bioware website, as well.  I have tried it on all my browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Edge).  Is there some solution to this issue?

    I have tried Chrome, IE, Microsoft Edge clicking the link to download game update 1.05 does not work in any of them? Is this download still available?

    Thanks, I can't get this downloaded myself, we'll look into this further.

    I had to install origins, it downloads the latest version
