Community AdminHey, please double check your security software, to be sure that Origin and DAI aren't being blocked. Try running Origin as an administrator.
If the issue persists, try clearing your Origin cache. This persists through an Origin reinstall, so earlier reinstalls won't have any bearing on it.
Note that this might trigger a reinstallation of all your Origin Games.
- Ensure Origin is fully closed by clicking the Origin Menu and selecting Exit.
- Delete the following folders:
- Origin folder - Found in C:\ProgramData\
- Origin folder - Found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\
- Origin folder - Found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\
- Note: These folders are hidden by default, and you will need to un-hide to be able to locate them.
I will try that. Just got my Windows 7 working properly again. Had some problems due to Windows 7 updates.
