Considering all the issues the patch causes consider yourself lucky. I would wait for the hotfix.
I am hoping by deleting those Origin folders it might just fix an offline problem I have in playing Mass Effect 2 and 3 offline. I had to hide Dragon Age: Ultimate edition to an Origin error so I could actually play the game.
I will play Dragon Age: Inquisition offline for a while but will see what reinstalling the Origin games does.
