Can't Import World State to DAI Game (PC)

Finally, the Keep is working, but even after importing a world state to my game, it doesn't work. I'm on PC.

I import the save, but when trying to start a new game it says there's no world state available and it has to use the default one. How do I fix this?

I tried unchecking all the boxes and reconnecting in game but that didn't work.
