Changing payment option from dollars to euros

How do we change from dollars to euros on our accounts if we change location worldwide.

Why would you need to change anything? Whatever method of payment you have associated with your account will aurtomatically convert those payments into the currency needed.

If I use my US-based credit card to pay for something in the EU, which I do frequently, the exchange rate is determined (by the bank) based on the date they process the transaction. (They also add a conversion fee.)

All questions about member accounts have to be asked of Game Advisers, not in here. We don't have access to account records.
You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.

To do so:

        Go to https://help.ea.com/

        Log in with your Origin account.

        Click on "Contact us"

        On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.

        Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".

        Select the available Contact method of your choice.
