Character Creation Problem (can't see face, its just black)

So I'm not sure why but when I go to character creation, I can't see the face of my character, it's just black. I know this isn't a problem with my computer not being able to run it because I've made another character before and I just wanted to create another one. I've updated my drivers and everything. Please help! Thank you!

I reinstalled the game and the problem solved itself. Thank you for your reply though!

@BlueBehr Glad you got it working! In the future, always make sure you try to repair before you reinstall in order to save some time (and bandwidth).

Well the first critical thing I see is you don't list anything other than the Intel graphics crap for your Lenovo laptop in your dxdiag.  Either you don't have anything better(don't know the specs to your machine) or something isn't installed correctly.  If your machine doesn't have an Nvidia or AMD graphics cards setup then you don't meet min specs for DAI and will not be able to run it, but if you do have one and your machine just doesn't use/know it is there, then fixing the install error with correct drivers and settings SHOULD allow you to play the game.  So look into your video card issue and let us know results.

I agree with mcsupersport. If there is a dedicated GPU in that laptop, Windows isn't detecting it.

I found your laptop version on the Lenovo site based on the model number in the dxdiag file. The product page has graphics drivers for Nvidia Optimus, so your laptop probably has that. The download link for Windows 10 64-bit is here. I suggest downloading and installing it.
