I've moved your post here as your question isn't related to Origin (our gaming PC gaming platform).
What you are experiencing here seems to be a bug, which means that it can't be fixed with by means of troubleshooting. Having said that, even if this were to be resolved by the developers, then it's highly likely that it won't have any effect on already existing save games.
I therefore won't be able to offer you a solution at this time. I'm not sure how far you are into your current save, so one thing you could consider is starting a new game. You could also reach out to an EA Advisor as there might be other available possibilities in your situation where we can't offer a direct solution.

not very far in both stories I just left the forest or the tower and just made it to Ostaga so are you saying nothing can be done if there is a way plz tell me or send me a link so I can play those stories out

I'm afraid that there isn't anything we can do about being called the wrong gender. If you are bothered by this and since you're not that far into the game yet, please start a new save game.
