Character health not dropping

@BerenicesPearls Is this the same issue you're talking about in this thread? If a trainer has broken/damaged your save, there's not anything that can be done about it, I'm afraid. In future, it's a good idea to save (and back up your saves) before using trainers.
If this is a separate issue (i.e. not the character you broke with a trainer), please provide more details, including your system (if PC, provide a dxdiag, please), and mods you may be using. Also, take a look at the accessories, sigils and masterwork material effects used on any characters being affected, some of them can do weird things (such as Kitty's Collar causing... impotent arrows for some people).
