Character profile not recognizing characters

The site is not recognizing that I have characters is not updating outside of achievements.

I have upload on and still nothing happens.

What version of the game are you playing, Steam or Origin?

I have the ultamate editionand I updated it to version 1.05.

Check your online settings in game, you might have accidentally turned off uploading of characters.

Everything is on reguarding updates.
