Character Record Locked

I have same problem

Just out of curiousty. Did you guys play the trial and then just continue playing on that character once the game came out. Im wondering if that doesnt have something to do with the issue.

Ive tried looking on the internet for a solution but I cant find any. Would be nice if we could get an answer through here. I dont want to restart

You can buy an item to respec your characters at one of the Haven vendors - try saving the game and buying that to see if it unlocks it?

I'm at work so I can't test it until much later tonight.

I did try that.  It still has the character record locked.  Thanks for the suggestion though, I wish it had worked.

Any idea if this issue is actually going to be adressed?
