Character Record Locked
So I'm well into the Hinterlands, past the tutorial. I'm a few hours in and Character Record is still locked. It does not tell me why. I am playing on Xbox One.

It'd certainly be interesting as you'd basically be playing a 0 ability points challenge for yourself, but not the way I'd want to experience the game on my first playthrough.
I meant wait around or do multiplayer until they fix it
As far as I can tell, Bioware hasn't acknowledged this as a problem yet. Based on the number of other bugs preventing people from playing at all, I'd say waiting for them to fix this could be a very, very long wait.
Update: Bioware has acknowledged the Character Record bug, Mike Laidlaw confirms in a tweet today that they are currently looking into the issue
