Character Record Locked
So I'm well into the Hinterlands, past the tutorial. I'm a few hours in and Character Record is still locked. It does not tell me why. I am playing on Xbox One.

We can't expect a patch to fix this at all. We've had one tweet from one Bioware member acknowleding the problem, and apparently he has no direct involvement with fixing any of this game's problems.

So we're stuck with an unplayable game?
That would be an inexplicably revolting business practice.
Release a grossly dysfunctional product - so dysfunctional I can't believe it went through product testing - then forget the people(of which there is a significant number) who are having a game-breaking issue?

Nope, and the problem is fixed for me. I went into Origin and verified my files..and now I can, apparently, add skill points on my previously saved character. Not sure if it works for newly created characters though.
