Character Record Locked
So I'm well into the Hinterlands, past the tutorial. I'm a few hours in and Character Record is still locked. It does not tell me why. I am playing on Xbox One.

Gam3r_Josh it worked and I OWE you big.I gree this isn't satisfactory. There shouldn't have been a gltch like this to begin with.
Any workaround or solution for PC???
