Cloudsave sync failure
Hi I'm trying to recover my save files through the cloudsync but I'm having a really hard time I didn't have any save files on this laptop, and I no longer have access to the laptop with the origina...
I've tried running the game without the cloudsave and it works just fine

This is the fault error that is probably your issue. From what I can find out, most issues with the ntdll are related to video drivers and often an optional update by windows. Your machine has a Nvidia 1060 card graphics card listed below the Intel, so you shouldn't have an issue actually running the game, as long as you keep the Intel away from it while you are running. You may look into doing a clean install of your video drivers, and making sure you don't do any optional updates for windows. You also may want to check the health and condition of your HDs and use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system.
sorry but my HD and video drivers seem to be doing just fine? I CAN play the game without any problem, what I CANT do is successfully download the campaigns I've already played through and access them in game.
