Coat requisition in the Emprise bugged? (The Quatermaster requested materials)

I have the same problem.

Requisition is listed in the journal, but there is no entry in the list of requests in the Requisition Table.

I even destroyed my velvet and skins. The quest get an update that i need to gather this material. When i found some, the quest ist updatet to the point where i need to fill the requisiton --> no chance to give it away.....

anyone had the same problem and solved it. Or is it possible to cancel a quest?
