Collected items not registering for requisition quest

So for the harness requisition in the Exalted Plains, I was able to collect all of the ring velvet, but when I collected the halla leather, it didn't register. I have more than 10 halla leather in my inventory and can't complete the quest (I blame the most recent patch).

Has anyone else had this problem/know of a solution? Thanks!
