Solved

CTD , High CPU Usage , loads of problems !

1) Anyone else having the game CTD (Crash to Desktop) for no reason or error or any specific situations ??
What I heard is something to do with Origin's Overlay during in game,  Disabling it helps. Also that MSI AB , RivaTunerStatistics ( OSD ) also has something to do with this.
So I would like to confirm , anyone still getting CTD even if they turn off Origin Overlay ? Can anyone play the game while having the OSD running ?

2) High CPU Usage during loadings , exiting game returning to Menu Screen and while Continuing back in game.
I have this issue that my CPU Usage will hit 100% when I first entering the game , my FPS will drop terribly , but this only last for like 5 - 10 seconds and everything settle down.
Same goes for while quiting the game and exiting to the main menu screen , CPU Usage @ 100% and the background picture which the templars and mages are marching be lagging as hell and after few seconds the whole thing was like fasten 2 - 3X and everything back to normal.
Im running on an i5 3550 @ 3.3 Ghz + Sapphire R9-280X Toxic

3) What's your Graphic Setting suggestions for my rig ?
i5 3550 @ 3.3 Ghz
Sapphire R9-280X Toxic @ 1150 Core , 1600 Memory.
@1080p
I can take on every game that been realeased on the market now at least High - Ultra settings with no problems.
But I will prefer playing games at smooth 60 FPS with almost no FPS drop below 50 FPS. Which I can notice very obvious if its running on 40 FPS.

    I've had a very few CTDs and my I5-4690x running at 3.8Ghz under turbo-boost can reach 80-90% usage, up from 15-30% while idling. I'm not surprised that your GPU struggles at Ultra. My Gtx 780ti just manages to run it smoothly with MSAAx2, with it's 2880 CUDA cores and the same amout of VRam as you.

    I don't know if the CPU usage is due to inefficient porting to PC. The game feels exactly like a port from consoles what with my mouse controls sometimes glitching out, just like they did with Skyim.

    I'm sorry to say, but your rig is simply not up to running the game on Ultra, but I found that disabling Windows Aero in favor of Classic theme cuts some of the load off my system, and putting any security software in game mode might also do a little to ease off your CPU's back. In fact, run the minimum necessary of background tasks when playing DA:I.

    Tesselation also piles on the pain on the GPU, as does mesh quality to a lesser extent, to say nothing of MSAA. Try running it with Ultra EXCEPT for those setting.
