CTD , High CPU Usage , loads of problems !

Ok , today things just got worst , after long hour of gameplay , this is my first time session I played so long , like 1 - 2 hours continous , yeah i know it isn't like super long , but Im busy with other things but this is the longest session for my record. 
When I was quiting the game , I exit back to the main menu , my whole game completely just frozen , having CPU usage @ 70 - 80% constant up down and waited over 5 whole mins , nothing , it no longer recover or settle down , it literally just frozen ,background picture isn't even moving , I had to go to desktop and use Task Manager to stop the game ( though it isn't showing not responding ) 

Usually previously all it took like a mere 10 - 20 sec and it will recover but this time it completely sort of " crash " 
This game is broken as hell ? Or is it my CPU is that bad , I doubt it since , I can play literally anything at max settings and without having my CPU stressing the F up like this. 

Many even claimed that this game having their CPU pushed to the max ! What century are we in now ?? Since when we should even bother having a strong CPU just for gaming ?? 

According to the System Recommendation specs Im pretty much up to it

I have 
i5 3550 @ 3.3 Ghz 
Sapphire 280X Toxic @ 1150 Core and 1600 Memory 3GB Memory 
16GB @ 1600mhz DDR3 RAM

But having the game set to Ultra ( specially with MSAA X2 / X4 ) , this game bring my GPU to it's knees ! But Im still on 14.9 Drivers I must point out. 
According to the Info released , no point having the latest BETA , since only 5% improvement for MSAA settings which I don't even bother using now. 
Terrible FPS drop and such. Specially in crowded areas or plenty of spell effects. As according to the Recommendation it only requires a HD 7870 ? My 280X Toxic is least close being 2X the power of a HD 7870 , not to mention being the Toxic Edition , the fastest 280X card out of the box you can get ! 
I can even play Metro LL / 2033 Redux , ( without SMAA , since SMAA is seriously a FPS killer ) over 100+ FPS no sweat. I even play with VSYNC and without any noticable frame drops at all ! 
FarCry3 could be a good example too , 80 - 90 FPS smoothly on open world and heavy gun battles no FPS drops , though VSYNC doesn't treat me well in this game , noticable drop but still playable. 

I hope BioWare will roll out a fix soon.....

I have an AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz with a GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST using the latest drivers (I had to upgrade the power supply last year for the video card). I never had CTDs just game freezes. When my GPU reads about 83% and task manager reports it at only14%.

Freezes only happens either a cutscene or loading the game (after "click to continue").

And I run on Ultra with Origin in game off and Windows no frame (sic)

Your right bro, I did some digging myself. 
Before I posted this there wasn't much benchmarks. 
So now there are tons all over the internet. 
I would like to confirm one thing , our CPU is sufficient for this game even running on the latest EXTREME i7 doesn't make any difference. This game is just seriously heavy GPU taxing indeed. 
Even the new 290X is having hard time pushing out more than 60 FPS on Ultra settings same goes for 970 and 980. As your 780 Ti is the fastest card here among all though. ( Depends on your Clocks though , a 290X can actually go head on with a 780 Ti if the 780 Ti is Stock and the 290X OCed heavily )
Sadly I must accept I can't play this game on Ultra indeed. Specially with MSAA 

About the CPU issue , is a real thing , not just us having this problem. This is confirm the game's faulty or bad optimization or something ?? 
Can't help It I guess. Maybe a Patch could fix it...but doesn't seem it can....just a feeling Im not an IT Expert Im worst when comes to all this Program stuffs. 
But my Logic tells me this problem can't be fix with a mere Patch , but I Hope it can be. But matter most it doesn't affect the major gameplay. 

Control wise , it suck ballz ! Like you said , I think BioWare did this is just to cope it with Consoles , they are rather Lazy IMO , since I recall DA Origins on PC and Consoles plays toally different style. They should have done that , made a control method for both PC and Consoles , but I guess they just try to merge both together with one control method. Really suck IMO , such a good RPG ruined by it's controls. But Skyrim have Mods to fix this luckily....not so for DA Inquisition =( 

Biggest problem for control is there's no freaking Auto Attack ! Now DA has like become a Tactical RPG or Turn Based RPG style , well sort of ,  but your forced to play as a Action Style RPG wtf !

I've noticed that the FPS during loading screens goes up in the 200+ range, perhaps it causes peoples systems to overheat and throttledown when it happens.

No overheating problems for me , I have MSI AB running on background constantly monitoring my GPU Temp , Usage etc.
I even used CoreTemp to monitor my CPU Temp , all good here. 
The stuttering I mentioned was actually only after Loading or Fast Travel and very last when exiting to Title Screen or Main Menu, since at those moments , my CPU Usage bumps up to 100% max, FPS drop tremendously, and after few seconds It will all settle down and back to normal. 

In game FPS drop can't be help , since the game is so taxing. Also I think the VSYNC in this game isn't so " FPS friendly " compared to some I've experience. 
Just a hunch , I play many games with VSYNC ON , usually wont have terrible FPS drop but there are some which has this problem. 
How I know ? I test the game with and without VSYNC , so I know even on certain game like FC3 , I can play very smoothly with Max settings no terrible FPS drop , when VSYNC is ON , I tend to have noticable FPS drop. 

In other case like Bioshock Infinite, both with and without VSYNC the game ran smoothly. 
Same goes for COD Advanced Warfare , with VSYNC the FPS drops is horrible ! Im pushing out over 100 + FPS without VSYNC,  so I have to suffer the ugly screen tearing to avoid FPS drop =(
