DA Inquisition does not launch after 06/July/2015 update

Goodday everyone, Whole day I have been playing Dragon Age as usual. Its time for dinner so i close off the game and start to eat. When i want to start Dragon Age again it receives an update. It upd...

First step... updating your Origin client...to the latest Beta version /top left Origin menu, Application Settings - General..
The second step... make sure you are the administrator, run the setup file Origin with Admin rights.
Restart Origin - go in Origin right click on Dragon Age: Inquisition and chose "View Game Details". There, next to "Details" there's a tab that says "Cloud Storage". There's an option "Restore Save".- pressed it .
- now right clicking on game icon, select Repair Game and Check for Update and you should be fine.

I did everything you said but when i got to the cloud i did not have any saves to click on. please tell me you have another way to fix this issue so that i may get the game to load and use my mods. thank you for your time, knowledge and consideration.

Mods are broke. You can't run the game and the mods too. Gonna have to wait on someone to fix mod manager. If you want to play the game without mods, get rid of your merged folder and repair game.
