DA2 DLC not installing because DA2 is 'not installed'
Running into this apparently legendary issue where DA2 is installed but some of the DLC won't install because it doesn't register the game. I've bebeen checking around and nothing seems to fix this.
I've got the Mark of the Assassin and Black Emporium working, but I can't get Legacy or Exiled Prince to work.
DA2 is installed. I'm playing the stupid thing it IS installed.
The DLC is downloaded.
They're BOTH under C:/, installed with the default path.
DA2 is linked to my account.
Bought and downloaded the game with Origin.
Downloaded the DLC from the Bioware site. Made sure it's the PC version.
If someone could please help me figure out how to fix this stupid thing, it'd be wonderful. I'd really like to USE the stuff I waste my money on. ☹️ Just trying to get the DLC to work with my game. It shouldn't be this difficult.
If my computer specs are really needed I can post them. But I can definately run the game, on fairly high spec as well.
