Well, seeing as how much small glitches in the game so far, and that no one still made a thread to collect them all, here I go. I will put here every issue and glitch I have found in the game, I am ...
On PC
43. Random Damage to Companions. I'll be running around the Hinterlands and suddenly one of my companions will grunt with pain and take a load of damage. There isn't anything attacking us and it seems to happen anywhere be it flat ground or rough terrian so I don't think it's falling damage either. It doesn't happen to the currently controlled character just those following.
44. Judging Rainier. After unlocking this judgement it wouldn't load correctly and would cause the throne to be unselectable. I managed to get round by using an eariler save and completing all the outstanding judgements I had first before unlock Rainier's judgement.
45. Mistriss Poulin Judgement. I'm not sure where the problem starts on this one, but I had got the quest to the point I just needed to turn it in with Mistriss Poulin. I had returned to Skyhold and was clearing outstanding judgements (for the problem above) and one of them was for Mistriss Poulin even though I hadn't turned the quest in. I completed the judgement but the quest that caused remained in my journal and I couldn't turn it in (since she was no longer there).
46. [solved by itself] I am not sure if it is a bug or not, but it bothers me quite a lot. I am past the Grand Ball at the Winter Palace in Orley (story event) and over 100 hours of gameplay. I have done personal quests for Cullen and Josephine. BUT. Leliana won't talk with me about anything (not a single event scene)! She just gives common statement that she have nothing to report and such. Is that how it should be? I believe she should have a quest of her own. Or I permanently missed it, when not let her kill the agent that betrayed her (scene in the very beginning at Haven)? Dear developers or other players that have any info, I would really like to know the answer. Please PM me.
47. Not quite a glitch but some wired issue. The enemies, turned to ghosts by mage in the necromancer specialty is counted as alive by the game. Meaning, the missions to kill some monsters does not updates as complete until the ghost disappear. Common monsters that get turned to ghosts act as if they still alive. Wolves, for example, start to chase deers or whatever pray, as if nothing happened. That is frustrating at the very list.
