Without any real info in your post, I can only guess. It may be many things, one of which is a corrupted save. What happens if you try a different save to load, or start a new game??
If you want any additional help, you will need to post info per the sticky at top of forum.....
Other than that, basics...repair game, update drivers if applicable, and turn off and unplug system for system reset before restart.

@Zacckary Hi, as a test can you wipe your local settings and saves files, and see if the game will then launch? Go to My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\and make a backup of the Save folder.
This contains your saves as well as your settings folder. Delete this then start the game back up again. Be sure to disable cloud saves first, then see if you encounter the same behavior as before.
If the issue goes away after removing the save folder, you can try copying back the individual saves from the backup.

Couple other things I see in the Dx is Windowsupdatefailure3....related to windows defender and you also have another Mptelemetry also often related to windows defender. You may want to make sure you have all your updates completed and without issue, or see if you can roll back latest update and redo it. Also look at settings in your windows defender and make sure everything is fine.

windows defender is disabled, so i don't think it should be affecting anything..
