DAI is Grayed Out In Origin???

After I downloaded the game, custom content and the soundtrack, the game went and grayed out on me. Now I can't play the game because it won't open.

Places won't take a pc game back and if this keeps up with Bioware, I will never ever buy another Bioware game ever.

If someone can help me un-gray the game, or if there is something I can do to make it ungrayed, please let me know. I spent a lot of money to play this game, and only saw one minute of marching before it went down.

It sounds like DA:I has not downloaded. Try right-clicking on the game and selecting download/repair, and check your hard drive has sufficient space for the game.

Also, I might add that I have over a terabyte of HD to play with and 32gyg ram. So, it's not memory that's the problem. I also updated the drivers.

Sometimes this can be caused by corrupted local data and these need to be deleted. Please open this folder: C:\ProgramData\Origin\LlocalContent\Dragon Age Inquisition and delete the content. After that the game should become active in Origin again and you should be able to click on Play again.

Also note that the Local Data folder is set as hidden folder by default. If you can't see it you will make it visible first by clicking on Start - Control Panel (make sure that you have it set as view by category) - Appearance and Personalization and under Folder Option you should see Show hidden files and folders setting. Click on Show hidden files, folders and drives and you should be good to go :-)

This worked for me. It will run through some verification but after that golden.
