DA:I on two accounts

A couple of weeks ago, I got Dragon Age: Inquisition and, of course, enthusiastic to play, I installed it onto my laptop. Unfortunately, as it turned out, my laptop cannot handle the game and it doesn't start.

A friend of mine also wants to play the game, but has not had the chance to buy it.

I was wondering if it was possible to give my copy to my friend, since it's not working for me anyway. I have already used the key, obviously, so I wasn't sure whether this was still possible.
