You can also usually open the computer up and take numbers off the card itself(sometimes you have to run them through the manufacturer to see).
But honestly...I am betting you are on the low end of the scale...have you tried the link?? Did it make any difference?
I thought I had found a work around by lower my graphics settings to very low settings, which worked for a while, but now it's crashing again. I reviewed the entry in the log you showed me and this is the message displayed:
"The description for Event ID 1903 from source HHCTRL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
