The game hasn't updated since you last played, so what changed on your computer since that time??
3 things will effect FPS...
1) GPU/graphics card...ie driver or your card has an issue and needs some attention....either update driver, fix cooling issue, or settings with Nvidea control panel.
2) Ram is full......ie, something is taking up a bunch of room in your computers working memory and it is having to work around it with virtual space on HD, so it is taking alot of time to handle the data from the game.
3) CPU/main processor is busy....ie something else is running and using the CPU instead of letting the game get all the time on it, that the game needs.
Unfortunately, no one here can see any of these items...
If you posted a DxDiag we could take a look at driver and see if any crash reports are in it that may indicate an issue, but you didn't include one. The other issues are going to have to be monitored while you play and see what is going on while you are playing. something like speedfan(google search it) is a good item for MONITORING ONLY your temps in your machine(DON'T USE IT TO MODIFY FAN SPEEDS!!!!!) Process explorer is a good tool to use to see how much CPU and Ram is being used....https://technet.microsoft.com/
After that....well, make sure your operating system isn't updating in the background and make sure it and your drivers are all up to date....
