Dragon Age Games Deleted All My Saves Across All 3 Games

I recently tried to play Dragon Age 2, I saw all my saves and characters that I had uploaded a background from Origins were gone. I switched over to Dragon Age Origins and it opened like a new game, no characters or saves were recognized. I have had issues in the past with Dragon Age Origins deleting new characters or crashing after creating a new character but deleting not only the Origins Characters but also characters from Dragon Age 2? I checked my Inquisition game as well and it has also loaded as a new game with no recognized saves or characters. I have put almost 600 hours into Inquisition, been playing since I was a teenager, and it is all gone. Same for the first two games. When I load the EA app, I still have all my achievements and time played shows but the games themselves after loading have nothing. I am very upset and not looking for them restored, but I can't even think of trying to start over if I am worried that the characters will just randomly be deleted again. These games mean a lot to me and the characters I have created meant a lot to me as well, and now they are all gone and I just want to know that it isn't going to happen again. Is there anything that can be done to restore saves? Seeing as they had supposedly saved locally and cloud, but it seems as though both got deleted? Is there something to be done to prevent my saves from getting deleted again? I have never had issues with Dragon Age 2 or Inquisition before for about 6-7 years, so this is very upsetting. Thank you.
