Dragon Age Inquisition Achievement "Brightest of Their Age" not unlocking.

I've run through three distinct play-throughs, and acquired all of the characters in each of them, yet this last achievement has not unlocked. It's really frustrating. I've got all the other achievements, and no matter what I do, what mode I play on, this does not unlock upon acquiring Cole/Dorian at Skyhold.

Update: I tried again, this time on my wife's computer with a save that we know gave her that very achievement, and still nothing doing. So I think the problem might be tied with origin, rather than DA:I. I suspected that initially, which is why I submitted this under Origin, and not DA:I, but it was moved here.

If anyone can give me some insight on how to resolve this, I'd appreciate it.
