Dragon Age Inquisition can i run?

I want to buy Dragon Age Inquisition but I'm afraid that my computer will not run the game.
My PC:

Video card: GeForce GT 730m

RAM: 6GB

CPU: Intel (R) Core (TM) CPU @ 1.80GHz i5-3337U

OS: Microsoft Windows 8 64-bit
the problem is in my 1.8GHZ CPU, I wonder if there is any chance that I play with the graphics on low at least.

No. Sorry The problem is BOTH a rather low end GPU, PLUS a quite slow CPU, so you have no chance.

I was thinking that because I run crysis 3 on high settings...
my video card is listed above, offboard 2GB.
(notebook. Yes, I know, notebook is not good for games, but I like it because I can carry with me when I travel.)
Of course this may not mean anything, I do not understand much of it.
