Dragon Age Inquisition Free Trial will not download on PC

I am trying to play the free trial. I found the DA I free trial on Origins and I add it to my cart and check out. Once I get to the 'Review Order' screen it says payment information is not necessary and the Pay Now button is grayed out and I can do nothing further. Has anybody else had this issue? I talked to a CSR and they said it was a problem with Origins, but I just want to make sure.

ok i figured it out you have to make sure you hit the agree to the terms checkbox if your brightness is up too much you wont see it! its next to the little star in the writing above where it says pay now.

Have you installed the Origin client software?

The game is PEGI 18 rated so maybe that is the issue.

i cant download it either i have the origin client and also my birthdate setup correctly i just dont have an option to download it.

After a couple hours with customer support, they had to access my account and initiate the download themselves (no password required of course).
