@865828702 Hey, was there a code that came with your purchase of the GOTY version? If so you may need to consume this on your account. 

No, there was just Deluxe Edition code and xbox gold trial thats all.

Is there anything i could do accept going back to shop and ask for code?

If they failed to include the code, they didn't sell you the entire product, so you should go back to the store (or call them, or something). You didn't get what you paid for.
