By that DXDiag file, your computer only lists Intel graphics...they are NOT supported and do NOT work with this game. They MAY at some point in the future get an updated driver from Intel that makes them sorta work with the game, but it looks like you are out of luck unless you have another graphics card in your computer that isn't registering right now. If you do have another then see about disabling the Intel **bleep** and it will probably fix your crashing issue.
and how does one disable intel graphics??? cheers if you get back to me on this im a pc noob haha
This would depend on your system. Sometimes it is as easy as moving the location you plug your cables into, others it is settings in you system settings and graphics card related tuning programs.

and how does one disable intel graphics??? cheers if you get back to me on this im a pc noob hahaIf you have two video adapters in your rig (both an Intel HD "Integrated" one and a real GPU) you can disable one though your machine's BIOS or (for Vidia GPUs) through the nVidia Control Panel.
[EDIT] If you *only* have an Intel HD one, you're SOL. The game won't run without a better GPU.
