I am getting the similar issue.. My game has completely updated and installed, but when i try to launch the program, it comes up in a mini window, then expans, and dissappears.. Very aggrivating pre-ordering a game and it not working at all.
I dont beleive it is the system requirements either because i am on an alienware computer and still not working..

Again, exact same thing:
- Cloud synching window appears/dissapears.
- (Dragon Age) Game icon appears in the bottom tool bar along with a black window.
- Window goes to full screen for no longer than a half a second and closes back to origin.
At least you can be assured that it can't be a coincidence. Have no fear! EA will be on the job in no time.............. :/

Also I was not able to find anywhere the game's specs on Origin (keep in mind I'm a new user). However I was able to run Dark Souls 2 at high settings with a consistant 30 fps on this laptop. Shadows of Mordor to a lesser extent but it still let me freakin' RUN the game. I find it hard to imagine the game won't even let me load to the title screen and mess with quality options/settings and just decide for me that (no you can't run this game)?
I’m having the exact same problem. I downloaded the game through Origins (my system meets all of the requirements and all of the drivers are up to date) and the game won’t even launch.
I was in a chat with EA Support for over an hour. They had me try right clicking on the shortcut and ‘run as administrator’. It didn’t work. The support tech said they were forwarding the problem and it ‘will be resolved within 24 hours.’ Hopefully they come through… Reguardless, I fiddled with the window sizes and compatibility mode (that sometimes helps with other PC games), but I didn't have any luck with either of them on my rig.
I have to agree; this is extremely frustrating pre-ordering a premium game (let’s face it – it wasn’t $9.99) and having it not work. The amount of time and effort I've put into it jus trying to make it work almost makes me want to just request a refund.
I tried the 'run as administrator' aswell after reading your post.. i actually got farther than i have been getting, it allowed me to see opening credits for 4 seconds, and then disappeared again..
One of my friends recommened that I tried repairing my .Net files. He said that fixed a simular problem for him a few months back. I gave it a whirl - just it didn't fix my issue. I know there was a window's update last night, but I don't think it changed the .Net files... I'm really not sure what else to try. Anyone have any luck trying anything?
