Dragon Age Inqusition Jaws of Hakkon DLC question

Hi sorry I am incredibly frustrated with this and I will try to be civil. I have downloaded the DAI DLC Jaws of Hakkon and its not playable. As in I cant find it post download. I ve checked my online purchase i.e. PS3 playstation store. I made sure I was logged into Origins and to play safe I also logged into Sony UK online to make sure that my purchase was registered...All there, no issue. And still nothing. When I logg into the game. Its not in my quest logg and its NOT on the war map either. I have wasted hours of my time trying to figure this out and potentially wasted my money...again

    Is this in the same area as Frostback Basin? I went there just to see what level I had to be and many cut scenes mentioned the Hakkon's. I know Frostback Basin is located on the war table map.

    If your game is in a pre-Skyhold state, the quest and wartable marker will not show up until after you've reached Skyhold.

    Try navigating to your origin cloud. That is where I found mine. Only problem now I cannot connect to the origin server.

    Yes, Frostback Basin is the area of Jaws of Hakkon.
