I have been attempting to access my Dragon Age Keep to create a new world state for four days now, but I keep receiving an error message, "Oops, an error occurred. Please refresh and retry". I have contacted support via chat and phone, and both advised me that it is a bug, and they will make a bug report. However, they also told me that this game is too old, and they will no longer support it, so I don't have high confidence that a bug report will solve my issue and I would like to get this resolved somehow. Things I have attempted: - Tried on both Chrome and Edge, clearing my cache on both browsers - Cleared cache on EA app - Tried from another PC, as well as my mobile device - Attempted from another network - Rebooted all the devices I've attempted to open the keep on Things that have worked: - I am able to access the tapestries on my other EA account - My husband is able to access his account as well My theory is that something I changed on my world state (which I did just a week ago), is causing an issue where it's causing my tapestry to crash whenever I try to access it. I asked support if they are somehow able to wipe my world states on my account to see if it will resolve the issue, to which they said they cannot make changes on my account. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Okay, thank you. I tried again today and it's still happening. I will continue to check it randomly to see if it's been resolved.

aaand yup, another one person with the same problem. tried almost everything, ig, so from phone, from pc, with and without WiFi, with and without VPN for more than an hour. nothing changed, though

This does happen to players from time to time and can get a bit tricky as there is not going to be a one single solution for the site. However, there are steps you can take. Due to the age of the game and all that, support for it is a bit limited but still works.If you are still getting that error, let me know and I will see what I can do for you.

Have you also tried incognito mode? If it was a world state itself, that makes it harder only because you have to get in and change it. Can you log into the keep from a mobile device and use mobile, wifi, and a hotspot? This would rule out all connection issues. Sometimes it is the world state but sometimes it is not.It isn't really a connection issue on your end but is more intermittent, so more of a backend sync thing that happens. I have seen random steps fix this, so I will list a few for you.Reset the password and clear the cache again. Do not have any auto update save your password. Clear all temp files from the PC - Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer Type in %temp%, and hit Enter Delete everything it allows you to delete. Reboot the PC

This does happen to players from time to time and can get a bit tricky as there is not going to be a one single solution for the site. However, there are steps you can take. Due to the age of the game and all that, support for it is a bit limited but still works.

If you are still getting that error, let me know and I will see what I can do for you.

Yes, I have tried from an incognito browser on both edge and chrome. I have tried from my cellphone both on and off the wifi. I have also tried from two different PCs.

I have attempted the steps you suggested, and the issue is still persisting.

My plan was, if I somehow got access to my account, I was going to immediately delete all of my world states to be safe, but I still cannot access them.

@hippomus I got some info on this, I alerted some folks about the site but at the moment there isn't a way account-wise to make changes as it is a site issue not an EA account issue. It's like a backend cache issue in a way. It should eventually clear itself up but sadly no way to say when.

Hi am also having this same issue. I have tried all the steps above and nothing is working. I've tried incognito and the temp and on my phone and other computers. It's not working at all....Please address this.

Same problem, tried several fixes, none work. Issue persisting for 2 days.
