Dragon Age Keep

It seemed to work last night for a while and then it went down all of a sudden. I have recently played DAO and DA2 and was hoping to start inquisition today with my world state. I have tried everything but it seems like a server downtime from their side surely.
Is there anyone from EA who can let us know when it will be resolved ? 

I love that on my only free day, the keep is down for 20 hours. I jump and click my heels. If Inquisition was such a success compared to Veilguard, why is it so hard for EA to stay motivated to keep it working? I'm so tired of this happening deadass every time I decide to make a new character.

It seems silly to make us go through the cloud to do this. Yeah sure, have it for crossplay. But these states would have been really easy to set it within the game itself.

And if EA stops maintaining the Keep than the trilogy is essentially broken. 

i contacted ea support and they told me to give them a “few more hours” about an hour ago. This is so frustrating but I absolutely do not want to play inquisition with the default world state 

I've been having the same issues; I thought it was just my end, then I tried it again on my phone, on google chrome as a secondary browser, logging out and back in on the EA launcher etc. I have no idea what EA is doing on their end with Keep, but I think they just need to add keep as an internal source of Dragon Age Inquisition like they did with Mass-Effect legendary edition. 

Yep. Having the same issues, which is infuriating as im playing through all of them for the first time and just got DA2 finished. I have been actively updating the keep as ive been going along, only for it to break down as I just got it finished so now i dont want to progress with inquisition without exporting my world state

I have the same problem. It seems like the Keep has been going up and down the past couple of days. I hope it comes back soon. I really want to play DAI again.

The golden nug isn't working also.
