Dragon Age Origins Awakening Won't Download

Summarize your bug When trying to download the expansion dragon age origins awakening it stops at 21%
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to download dragon age origins awakening
What happens when the bug occurs? It says error and keeps trying to download staying at 21%
What do you expect to see? The hand download and install

The link to EA's Support is here. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then Choose "EA app" from the list. (Or search for it.)

Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account" > "Can't log in" > Select contact Option.

You should get a chat option now. (Please note the business hours.)

Thank you all for the help, I wound up linking my ea account to GOG Galaxy and it downloaded and installed DAO: Awakening fine, so I can okay the expansion now.
Still not sure what the issue was in the EA app.

I don't, but there was an option to link my ea account in GOG Galaxy, I did that, and it let me download the games in GOG Galaxy
