Dragon Age Origins Expired Redeem Code

Hey all, I had just bought Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition from and online retailer and in the case was the Serial code and the Redeem code, problem there is the redeem code had expired last year and only the "Awakening" package is available to me, all other modules are listed, but as "unauthorized". I can't seem to get through to EA to report it and request a valid Redeem code. Does anyone know of a way around this? Thanks in advance

    @camvb22

    If you bought the game from an official EA retailer the support should be able to help you.

    Here is the link, If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

  • Hello.

    I bought the Dragon Age Origins game way back, but don't have a CD-ROM on my computer any longer. So I tried to download the game through Origins, but it says the code was already redeemed. What can I do to download the game to my new computer?

    Did you redeemed the code yourself?

    If yes all you have to do is to log in with the account you did that. Then the game will be in your game library.

  • Hello, yes I tried that but the game is not there. Is there any way to check which email address is associated with the code, to verify that the email address is correct?

  • @holger1405I contacted them, they instructed me to delete cache and files which I did. Game does not show up in game library. EA had closed the issue so I sent them an email now waiting their reply...
