Dragon age origins in game dlc

I have completed the darkspawn chronicles and Lellianas song dlc as well as downloading the blood dragon plate armor dlc.

When I try to start a new game the dlc items such as the battledress of the provocateur, blightblood, and the blood dragon plate armor are not appearing in my game. I have tried to delete the game and download everything again. I looked in my downloadable content and everything is installed but still won't appear in game.

Is there a way to fix this problem, it's very frustrating to not be able to use content that I PURCHASED and I would like to hear back from EA about a possible solution.

@vileblade90 Ahh gotcha, okay so this is an issue that live support has to fix on our end. What you would need to do is create a case and put in there that the blood dragon armor itself isn't there and they can get that resolved for you which would then update your game on your end. Its been an issue for a while because the armor itself was removed as a download which makes it not trigger in the game.

@vileblade90 Ahh gotcha, okay so this is an issue that live support has to fix on our end. What you would need to do is create a case and put in there that the blood dragon armor itself isn't there and they can get that resolved for you which would then update your game on your end. Its been an issue for a while because the armor itself was removed as a download which makes it not trigger in the game.

I'll give it a try but the blood dragon armor isn't the only thing that's not working. Even though I've completed lellians song and the darkspawn chronicles blightblood and the battledress of the provocateur aren't appearing in my game either.

@vileblade90 I understand it isnt the only thing working. Some of the content is tied together in the way all of that was coded. Typically fixing one fixes the rest of it because of the way it is changed on our end.
