Dragon Age Origins not loading

Hi. Having trouble loading DA:O. I uninstalled the mod i installed between the last time i played and now, when the game isn't loading. I'm thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling the game - should i remove all mods before i do.

Also having trouble with a couple of mods not being removed from the game even though i've taken out all folders from the override folder, and unchecked in the downloadable content but can't get rid of these two. FYI they are hair mod and natural bodies
