I forgot to add, the content is clearly in the game to some degree. I have Levi in my camp, and encountered Elric in the wilds. For both, if I try to start the quest by selecting the dialog option [Download content] Try to revive Elric (or something like that), I just get the EA servers no longer available again.
It is not really important how the data comes on to your disk, if the EA app recognizes the game, then you have a working digital copy of it on your system.
What does it say under Manage > Manage Add-ons about your DLCs?
