- @Deegan22 You know what’s funny? The Dragon Age 2 servers work fine, and that game was released only about two years after Origins. I can’t understand why the Origins server is the only one that’s affected.
- I'd really like to know. I have playthroughs on my 360 that I haven't been able to add to the Keep because of this blighted server problem. I don't have a DLC problem, since I bought the ultimate edition, but I WOULD like to be able to use the heroes I've created in the last year to create world states for importing to DAI.
Is ANYONE from EA paying attention to this problem? Anyone? Bueller? - Anonymous7 years ago
Customer support claims that technicians are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. It's been several weeks for me, and when I asked last night for a tentative ETA they said it could be by the end of this week, or it could take a few more weeks...no one's really sure. 😞

Is ANYONE from EA paying attention to this problem? Anyone? Bueller?Yes, thank you! You can edit your Wardens in the Keep. However, you can only edit them, not create new ones. Considering Origins has a character limit (at least for us on consoles), this also limits the number of playthroughs we can do without servers and prevent losing our Wardens.
@EA_Ataashi anyone updates on this? I've been unable to connect to the server since the summer. The SUMMER. I've contacted EA Help and they could not help me. I've also read in this thread over and over that it's being worked on but there is not updates no nothing. Can anyone from EA at all give us an ETA on the fix at all? I completely, understand that we can edit in the Keep but I would prefer for the game to connect to the servers and WORK like it is supposed to.

Keep in mind the only thing editing in the Keep does is edit existing profiles. Ex. You never played as female elf mage. You have then would have to overwrite/edit the default hero. If you went to play another female elven mage, you would have to overwrite/edit the only existing one have...and that changes it in both play throughs!

Yup. That's my problem. I don't want to lose my Wardens because EA can't keep their nug-licking servers working. I'm almost at the point of having to shelve my copy of DA:O and play other games that don't have this problem.
Whoa! Okay, I didn't know that! So basically, I'm losing my Wardens over and over by doing this. That's really frustrating........
Yeah, I haven't had a Warden load in the Keep since the summer. I made these so that I can keep track of my playthroughs. Any ETA....still in the dark and no one is saying anything...
