I just found it out the other night. Before I was re-editing old Wardens that I didn't want. I started a new one, and I had only the default female human mage, which was my character for one of my 10 playthroughs (and the one other time that had used her the profile vanished) I want for my world states. I tried to edit and realized all it did was change the existing profile. I checked my other playthrough and it matched the new one instead of the old one. ☹️
A couple of us have tagged @EA_Ataashi a few times asking for an update. I guess he/she is really busy or having trouble getting through to who ever. I'm hoping they can give an approx ETA now. It has been a very long time. ☹️
EA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!! THEY EXPECT US TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, BUT THEY DO NOT REWARD OUR LOYALTY IN THE SLIGHTEST! NEVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH AN ARRANT LACK OF CONCERN AND EFFICACY! WHAT GOOD IS A COMPANY IF THEY DO NOT ADDRESS PROBLEMS THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE EXPERIENCING?! THEY GIVE US VAGUE BITS OF USELESS INFORMATION, LEAVE US ENTIRELY IN THE DARK, AND HAVE NO VALID EXPLANATION WHY THIS HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FAR LONGER THAN IS ACCEPTABLE OR TOLERABLE! UTTERLY SHAMEFUL!
I just started a new game of Origins on my Xbox one, I bought and downloaded it from the Xbox store.
I have Xbox live gold and everything but the game refuses to connect to servers. It keeps saying they are temporarily down.
How do I get it connected??

Yep, having this issue on ps3 right now (and I dont care much about Keep, I can do it manually, still I cant download DLCs that I have bought with my own money!)
From what I have read, there is unfortunately no sign that this bothers anyone at EA at all, so I will just play through main campaign and afterwards try to play post story DLC on PC.
(Or maybe I will just contact playstation store support to get my money back).
@OrizeI’m not sure if this would help you with your ps3 since I did it for the Xbox, but I followed someone’s advice to get the DLCs from this forum I think. Anyways, essentially you go into your Dragon Age Keep and go to the careers area. Then I believe you click on Dragon Age: Origins and it’s DLCs. You have to unlock them and then they should download onto your ps3 as the downloadable content. Hope this helps, sorry if it does not

@maeangel98, thank you very much!
Sadly, it didnt work for me: after I tried to unlock any item for PS, it crushed with error (I think thats because Keep doesnt see my ps3 at all - that is my first time DA game on this device).

Any news?
You know, for a company that’s been around for 36 years they sure can’t seem to fix a simple server issue. 36 years is a long time. Wouldn’t you think a company with such seniority would be expert at fixing (I presume) precedented server issues? I guess not. I’m not surprised, however; the company has had its share of controversies...
Serves still down as of 12/26/2018
